:O okay first of all that dress is gorgeous!! The shoes that the model is wearing go really nice or maybe some suede type heels? For jewelry dont go overboard just a diamonte necklace and a sparkly bag will be plenty. Same with make-up, less is more! With your hair it depends if its very long or not? If it is long try curling it, it will put a really soft edge to the outfit.

For hair...curly. down. and clipped in the back. for jewelry...keep with one color scheme matching whatever colored shoes you get :)

maby a little brown eyeliner, with a bit of green eyeshadow(it is in these days)

and a light pale color lip gloss

depending on you're skin color, if you are darker maby a little darker red will work

ok you might be cold, so for that i reccomend you wear umm a light jacket, in either black or red, and if you want wear red heal to accentuate some color

it also depends on you're age, over 30 maby something different

but i think you're like in you're 20s right?

so keep it simple...its always gorgeous that way

not too much makeup or jewelry, and keep it cheap too..cheap looks good too you know.

oh i see a winter formal so i guess you can take a small jacket/shrug and then leave it in the car, so people can really see you're dress, i mean its so pretty

i would wear a strapless bra, (assuming you have long hair) I would probably curl my hair and wear it half up half down, or else id streighten it and wear it down , if you're wearing an all black dress mabey red accesories, red shoes, clutch and jewlery? or else id probably go with black or silver.
