its for a formal event, i will be waring a blue dress im 16 have dark blond hair. my eyes change colour (blue with some green or grey sometimes both at the same time)

Keep it as natural as possible... (don't overdo it!)

Face- Powder

Eyes- Creme shadow with Blue Liquid Liner

Lips- Clear/Nude gloss

I would get some sparkly blue eye powder and dark eye liner. Do a smoky eye look. But be careful cause it is a messy technique to master! (google it) And then do a light light light pink on your lips...with some very shiny lip gloss. Light blush. You will look beautiful!

Go with a teal or brown eyeshadow, slightly shimmery.

Brown, black or grey eyeliner and black mascara.

Blush in a pink or peach tone.

Lipstick in neutral or pink, or nude shimmery glosses.

if i were you i would keep it quite simple and quite natural. wear some nice foundation (one mistake people make is to put it all over their face but not their neck. this is a bad idea because it looks so bad and obvious) i would also wear some lip gloss. some clear or maybe some light pink. the last bit would be the eyeshadow. i would either wear some light blue plain eyeshadow or some dazzle dust. Barry M does some really nice pots for a reasonable price. obviously i don't know what shade your dress is so I'm not 100% which option would be best. (p.s. lip gloss is better than lip stick as it is suttle and gives your lips some shine

Your hair and eye color sound very similar to my own. I wear warm colors best, blue looks so ridiculously tacky when I wear it, even if I've done it right.

Natural colors are the way to go for you. For your eyes, I suggest a warm brown and then brush gold powder lightly over your eyes. Dark mascara, and go light on the eye liner. With blush, make sure it isn't too pink. It should match your complexion. Also the general rule for lips is for it to make up for what your eyes lack. If your eyes really stand out and pop, you want a simple gloss for your lips. If your eyes look very subtle, dark lip stains can look really nice.

The smokey eye, I haven't seen anyone who couldn't wear it. The glitter sounds good, but may be a little over the top so be careful. Just because u are wearing a blue dress doesn't mean your eyeshadow has to be that color. Try several different looks before hand and use the one that compliments you and your dress. Have Fun

Dont go for a foundation, try a powder bronzer or better still No7s High Lights Illuminating Powder . Try a plummy pink lippy with a clear gloss and for eyes there are some lovely heather shades to which you could add a bit of pink .Another idea is Estee Lauders Double Wear Stay in place shadow stick in grey(its actually called Black Pearl).To lift thisadd to it Body Shops silver glitter liner.It has a very fine brush so you can achieve a subtle line. If you prefer you could just speck bits of the liner into the shadow stick. good luck and have a good night.....oh and dont forget a nice fragrance.

Use a natural mineral makeup powder for foundation. Plum or glossy lips, plum eye liner and very light or no shadows. Also, black mascara.

i think you should keep to natural looking make up but loads of mascara for long lashes use eye lash curlers for a better affect also a natural looking lip gloss for shiny but suttle lips hope you have a brilliant time have fun!!!!!!!!!

In boots or house of Fraser they have a make up brand called urban decay.You can buy a set which includes a blue eyeshadow,blue glitter liquid eyeliner,eye base and a eyeliner pencil

its around 鎷?9 but will look wonder full with your blue/green eyes and your hair and dress! i have them same colour hair and eyes and it really looks fab!
