Its going to be my 21st birthday in a few months and I want to look fabulous. Any makeup and/or hair ideas? I'd like to dress up a little but nothing too formal.

Strapless dress and heels, you could get ghd curls put in and use great eye make up - something glittery and partyish... my cousin wore an outfit like this for her 21st and looked amazing, the hair and make up makes it less formal more party like
