Anything will fit you as you have a pear shape with a slightly bigger waist and most of the clothes tailored for Juniors are within your size measurements. Your hips are much bigger than your bust so you may want to play up your bust area more with different colors, fabrics or patterns to make you look more proportioned. For example a dress with a diagonal seam such as a faux wrap for the bust, side rouching/gathering for the waist and tailored for the hips would be suitable to your shape. A dress that fades from light to dark, starting at the top with light and getting darker towards the bottom will also balance out your figure.

i had the same problem when finding my fall ball dress. what i found looked best was a like an empire waist press or one that the bottom part of the dress flows and dosent hug your body. belted dresses the flow out also pin point your thinnest area and make you thinner all together.

look for something flirty but elegant and not cut to low on the bust line

I have a very similar body shape. Try a strapless dress with an empire waist and a narrow column. It will balance you out. Also try a wide set halter dress with an empire waist and a-line skirt.

definitely an umpire waist dress. they are so flattering and look amazing. it shood nip u in right below ur bust and then flow out. dont show too much leg, but just enough ;]. Have fun!
