So my boss decided we're going to have an "Employee Wall" at the restaurant that I work, and she said to take a fun, informal close up picture to spice things up. This informal picture is going to go right next to the formal, boring picture of us in our work attire, ect..I took one and now I need help deciding which VERSION I want to bring to her...

I kind of don't like this one because I just think it's too...bright.

I made it black and white and rotated it...I don't like this one because when I rotated it, it made it seem like my hair is defying the laws of gravity by NOT falling down..but I had to rotate it to make it less crooked. and I think this one being b/w will make it stick out more next to the colored, formal pic..but I don't know!

I think both are fine... but you should choose the one you like best!

I vote for the second one. It shows more of you. Personally I think you should give a picture that shows MORE than just your face.
