Does anyone know of any good fake nails?

I have this HUGE formal dance (like a prom, only junior high) coming up in May and as if hair, makeup, and the dress aren't already a huge hassle, I don't know what I'm going to do about my nails. Here are the facts:

I'm getting fake nails

I'm not going to a salon

I don't exactly have a budget

It's only one night that I need them for

My previous experiences with fake nails have been HORRIBLE!

Please help!!!!

id get them at walmart.....they are at a reasonable price, BUT THEY ARE THE BEST IVE HAD!!!!!!

you really realy really should go to the salon it's way better your nails won't fall off the same nite u put in on and glueing fake nails is gross and if u don't have a budget then jus gett them done

If you choose to go this route, you need to get some experience under your belt, but odds are you would be better off using the time to earn some money to get them done at a salon.

They have Acrylic kits at Sally Beauty supply that come with video tape instructions on how to apply. If you and 4 friends each pitch in, it should cost about $10 each. Then you will each have to practice applying, and then filing. Nobody does a great job their first time.

Also, these acrylics are not the best so don't do them 2 weeks before the event and expect them to all be there.
