I have no clue what to wear. the theme is egyptian semi-formal. she gave me a list of colors to consider wearing, but i dont know what clothes to wear or what to do with my hair. my hair is shoulder length with layers. the list of colors is reds,oranges,yellows, earthtones. can someone give some suggestions please? if you can suggest a store i could perhaps find in the mall, that would be great. for a list of stores in the malls near me, click on the links below.

hope this helps just try to keep gold in it because there outfits always had gold somewhere and keep your makeup simple not dramatic with lots of colors......hope you have a fun time at the party

wear your hair down. You can find a cute wrap-dress in gold or black, and that would look just fine. They teach you how to wrap it in the store. look for one online before traversing the city for one.

I Kno!! I Kno!! lol umm get like Cream shorts.. andd a plain tee.. Thenn just get a cream Headband and Wear your make-up Kool likee put load of eye liner like they used too nn make the MAKE UP likee theirs ... and Shoes just wear either indean type shoes or try finding something Egyption like some kool shoes.. Striaghten your hair.. Ohh andd at Urban Behavior they have these Snake braclets see if their still there .. That would be cute too! .. OH andd one mroe tihngss umm the Wrap dress that the Girl Suggested would be cute too.. like in goldd n Gold shose and then Loads of eyeliner again.. LOL .. - thumbs up- lol you'll look totally Egyption =] lol

ok i typed in egyptian inspired dresses and found them to be mainly form fitting with gold tones. i found that the dresses were full lenghted but you can go shorter and v necked. as for accesories, wear gold inspired pieces like bangles and a pretty pendant plus metallics are in right now so you can find cute wedges flats or sandals.

You can do the following step by step to show up at the party like a Modern Day Egyptian Princess :

1) Wear one of the following dresses

2) Wear on one of your upper arm a Gold tone antique looking cuff.

3) Wear your hair really really straight, then make two thin braids on one side, bring them across your forehead to the other side of the head. So your forehead will be ornated with a double roll of braides.

4) Wear mascara (or fake lashes) that got gold dust sprinkles.
