My sisters sweet 16th is coming up, and i was wondering what accessories i could wear with my dress. The party is formal, and ok my dress is black with white medium polka dots, its a cocktail dress, and it has a white satin ribbon in the front. So any ideas that i could wear for accessores, hair, makeup?

Straight or pretty curls for your hair. Pearls sound nice or I have black circle earrings that I LOVE and earrings like that would probably look nice. Dramatic liquid eyeliner would look really cute, I think.
