OK..so I need a dress for a formal piano concert..and my mom's not really into the spend a lot on clothes type of person. It's formal and it has to be long and no back overexpostiion. I can't wear strapless but I can wear spagghetti strap and halter. I probaly will use that dress for my 8th grade gradation dance too, so keep that in mind. I'm asian, black hair tinged with brown, large really dark brown eyes. I'm skinny and about 5'1"-5'3" and considered pretty. I will not wear pink, black, green, or purple.

well depending on where you live i would try at a Ross store bc they have like everything. halter top would be better bc it will fit no matter how mugh you grow.

Try going to Ross or Marshalls. They usually have stuff, but you have to search. And the prices are reasonable.
I suggest checking the "dress" section and also the sale sections too. I don't know where young kids like you shop these days so sorry if those don't help.

Well you can wear a soft red spagghetti strap with some dark red shoes. You can find them in Ross and all stores that sell dress's. Sears, kohls ...I know you'll look just fine!

i would wear a dark red dress, normal straps, check at younkers or something. i know a lot of girls who would look there and got sales/clearance ones! (one friend got a dress there for fifteen bucks!)
