yeah it is really cute you might want to where like gold dangly earings with it and a gold braclet...and if you have your bell button peirced that would look cute with the outfit to since it shows ur stomache!

I think it's totally cute. How old are you though? If you're old enough to wear it go for it.
I'd use a natural looking champagne eyeshadow and black eyeliner. I think that could look nice.

Very sexy outfit. Even though I am a man (a very straight one for that matter lol) I can tell you that is not a cocktail party dress IMO. Bad choice for the occasion.
