Need Cute But not expensive dress for banquet!?

I do competitive cheerleading and at the end of the year there is always a formal banquet!! I need a cute dress that will look great on me but is not that pricey. My hair is drak brown and almost looks black and my skin is a darkish golden. My size is always small in teens!!! I would LOVE it if you included pics/websites!! THANKS!!

Do you have any used clothing stores in your area. They most always have formal dresses. Especially this time of year. Everyone is done with the Graduation Dress and getting ready for another banquet or something, that a rich kid wants to get new. The Mom gets the kid a new one, but tries to get some money out of last years dress. Try one of these stores, you will be surprise at the selection. Good Luck!!
