Promotion dress?

I am 13, and this year we have our formal promotion dress. I'm going shopping soon, and am looking for ideas for some dresses.

I am about 5'5'' average weight, but i don't like showing my legs. And i don't like anything too low cut or uncomfortable

I want something kinda different and intresting looking, not like the satin dresses everyone else will be wearing

I have Dark reddish brown hair and greenish blue eyes.
