Please Help!!!?

ok so there is a dance coming up next week and it's really big and it's a formal, my dress is poffy and a light green with pink beadings and it's strapless...I LOVE IT!! the only problem is i have no idea what to do with hair and make up,

I have a light skin tone, big baby blue eyes, my hair goes just below my shoulders, and it's blonde, please help thnx

Ok so for makeup, not a lot:

Some light Green or light pink eyeshadow

Lipgloss

some foundation, just not the creamy stuff, like powder

some brownish or pinkish blush on the cheekbones, nose and maybe chin

some mascara, just make sure its not clumpy

And for hair:

You coold straightn it or curl it, whichever looks better

and then clip the front top part up to make a little hump thing on the top of your head

and then you might wan to paint your nails a light pink

hair half up, and bottom curled
