Huge dance party tomorrow-what do I wear?

My friend is having a huge party tomorrow, and it's semi-formal. I want to wear a dress, but I don't know what color or cut.

I have shoulder-length brown hair, short side bangs, brown eyes, and medium-olive skin. I'm very thin and tall. Any suggestions (specific or just by color) are appreciated!

(If you are giving me specific dresses, my stores here are limited to Wet Seal, Frock Candy, Charlotte Russe, JCPenney, and Dillards)

k try a very form fitting dress maybe a blue not dark and not light but in the middle maybe strapless and if your slender it will look very pretty. obviously pair with heels unless u'll be taller then every one go for flats

You can wear a black dress, its classy and formal. You can't go wrong, there are lot of cute black dresses @ Dillard's.
