Earlier today when I visited a girl I met in class in her dorm room (someone I just met yesterday) at some point (I didn't know when she did this) as we were sitting on her couch thing (kind of like a couch, I don't know the formal name for it) her black thong (in the middle it looked like some weird decoration, looked like animal hair to be honest) was riding up and very noticeable. I didn't know how to interpret this. Yeah we like eachother but is she teasing and testing me or does she want to take it further? Again, I'm a bit nervous...

What to do about a situation like this?

Obviously if th girl knew it was out- she was looking for a reaction- she wanted your attention. Don't completely take it that she wants to have sex with you- because most of thetime even though girls do somthing sexual- they don't really mean it- like in high school when girls do something sexy- but never have any intention of having sex- they just want to look cool

She definately wanted your attention though- if not then it's just her style...wait a bit- continue to see her- and see if she does it again- maybe next time mention something like "nice thong"- she may not even know it was up- if she gets embarrassed- tell her it's all right and laugh with her- if she replies without fear like "oh- so that's where you're looking"or "thanks- it's my favorite one" obviously she's implying that she is glad you noticed...

wait for a month or two and see if she makes a "move" again. :) Or make a move and start to flirt, if she returns the "playfulness" i think she's interested

Yeah, I'd say she's flirting with you. Girls don't just tug on their thongs for guys they don't like. It's kind of trashy though....it's not fashionable to wear a visible thong. So, keep that in mind and if you're gonna go there, please be safe, cuz she also sounds a little promiscuous.
